Federal Supreme Court Dismisses Appeal Due to Lack of Standing in Fraud Case
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertA complaint was filed against the decision of an investigative court in St. Gallen, which had terminated a criminal investigation concerning allegations of fraud, threats, coercion, and forgery. The party appealing the decision argued against the dismissal of their complaint, but the court found that the appellant did not have standing to challenge the measures, as they did not qualify as a private prosecutor or a victim under the relevant legal provisions. Consequently, the court did not allow the appeal to proceed. Additionally, the appellant was ordered to cover the court costs and their request for legal aid was denied due to the lack of merit in their claims.

Urteil vom 14. September 2009
Strafrechtliche Abteilung
Besetzung
Bundesrichter Favre, Präsident,
Gerichtsschreiber Monn.
Parteien
X.________,
Beschwerdeführer,
gegen
Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons St. Gallen, 9001 St. Gallen,
Beschwerdegegnerin.
Gegenstand
