Federal Supreme Court Dismisses Appeal for Failure to Challenge Proper Decision and Lacking Legal Basis
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an appeal submitted by parties concerning a decision made by a legal authority responsible for victim compensation in the canton of Vaud. The legal authority contended that it was not competent to address the issues raised by the appellants. The appellants were required to submit additional documentation by a specific date but failed to provide sufficient justification for their claims against the authority's decision. The Federal Tribunal found that the appeal did not adequately demonstrate any legal violations and subsequently decided not to proceed with the case. Additionally, the appellants were held responsible for the court costs incurred during the proceedings.

gegen
1. Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2. Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden Y.________ auferlegt.
3. Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien schriftlich mitgeteilt.
