Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

In this case, an individual challenged a decision made by the Cantonal Criminal Court regarding the inadmissibility of their appeal against a remand order related to theft and property damage. The court had deemed that there was no viable path for appeal in this instance. The accused subsequently filed a late appeal but failed to adequately address the grounds on which the lower court based its decision. The president concluded that the appeal lacked sufficient motivation and ultimately ruled it inadmissible.

Arrêt du 2 novembre 2007

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Greffier: M. Fink.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Ministère public de l'Etat de Fribourg, rue de Zaehringen 1, 1700 Fribourg.

Objet
