Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a legal appeal against an earlier decision made by a cantonal court regarding the revocation of an opposition to a penal order. The original decision, made by a police judge, acknowledged the withdrawal of the opposition and the individual later sought a revision of this decision. However, the cantonal court ruled the revision request as inadmissible. The individual subsequently appealed this ruling to the federal tribunal, but the appeal was determined to lack sufficient motivation as it did not adequately demonstrate how the lower court's decision violated any legal rights. Consequently, the federal tribunal declared the appeal inadmissible.

Arrêt du 3 août 2016

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Denys, Président.

Greffière : Mme Livet.

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Ministère public de l'Etat de Fribourg,

intimé.

Objet
