The case involves an individual who filed a legal complaint against three employees of a general hospice, alleging defamation and abuse of authority. The individual criticized the quality of investigations conducted and financial measures taken against them by the hospice. On September 19, 2007, a cantonal court declared the individual's appeal against the dismissal of their complaints inadmissible. Subsequently, the individual appealed to the federal court, seeking the annulment of the earlier decision and arguing that the hospice's actions were arbitrary and constituted an abuse of authority. However, the federal court determined that the individual did not meet the criteria to file a criminal appeal and rejected the request for judicial assistance, concluding that the appeal was manifestly inadmissible.

Arrêt du 2 novembre 2007

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Greffier: M. Fink.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre
