Appeal regarding inadmissibility of appeal against dismissal of criminal complaint due to insufficient motivation.
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertA person filed a complaint alleging physical mistreatment by another individual but the public ministry dismissed the complaint, classifying it as not actionable. The dismissed party then appealed this classification decision through the cantonal court, which ruled the appeal itself to be inadmissible, leading to further legal proceedings. In the latest appeal, the Supreme Court found that the appellant failed to sufficiently argue against the prior court's reasoning, resulting in the appeal being rejected as inadmissible.

Parties

recourante,
contre
Ministère public du canton de Neuchâtel, 2001 Neuchâtel 1,
intimé.
Objet
