Federal Tribunal Rule on Appeal Inadmissibility Due to Unpaid Cost Advance
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertA party submitted a penal appeal to the Federal Tribunal against a prior decision issued by the Cantonal Court, which addressed a disciplinary sanction. The Federal Tribunal initially required the appellant to pay an advance of legal fees amounting to 2000 francs to proceed with the case. Despite being granted an extension to make this payment, the appellant failed to do so within the stipulated timeframe, leading to the conclusion that the appeal was manifestly inadmissible. Consequently, the appeal was dismissed based on procedural grounds, and the appellant was ordered to bear the judicial costs.

KI-generiertThe appeal was dismissed using the simplified procedure due to its inadmissibility.
Cited in the reasoning to confirm compliance with the deadline rules for payment, which was breached.
Cited as the rule requiring the payment of presumed court costs in procedure (although not the direct reason for rejection, it is cited in the background reasoning explaining the obligation that was breached).
The appeal was declared inadmissible due to the failure of the appellant to pay the required advance of costs.
The costs of the judicial proceedings were imposed on the appellant who did not succeed.

intimé.
Objet
