Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

In this case, an individual filed a criminal appeal against a decision made by the cantonal court, which had declared their previous appeal inadmissible due to insufficient motivation. The person's argument criticized the substance of the case but failed to demonstrate how the lower court’s ruling violated the law, leading to the appeal being rejected on the grounds of inadequate justification.

Arrêt du 27 juin 2014

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Mathys, Président.

Greffière : Mme Gehring.

Participants à la procédure

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Ministère public du canton du Valais ,

intimé.

Objet
