KI-generiert

The case involves a dispute where an individual filed a complaint against another for defamation and false testimony. The lower court had previously issued an order of non-lieu, which was confirmed by the appeals court. The complainant subsequently appealed to the federal court, seeking to overturn the lower court's decision, claiming that he had been defamed. However, the federal court ruled that the appeal was inadmissible, as the complainant had not demonstrated that the alleged offense directly impacted his physical, sexual, or mental integrity, nor did he assert procedural violations by the cantonal court.

Arrêt du 11 juillet 2008

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Greffier: M. Oulevey.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre
