In this case, an individual filed a legal challenge against an order from the Cantonal Court of Geneva, which had declared a prior appeal from the same individual as inadmissible. The individual received notification of this order and subsequently submitted a new appeal, characterized as a "recours de droit public et pourvoi en nullité," but the appeal was filed after the statutory deadline of thirty days following the notification. Consequently, the Federal Court noted that the appeal was late and thus deemed inadmissible, leading to the rejection of the request for legal assistance and the imposition of court fees on the appellant.

Arrêt du 27 mars 2007

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Greffier: M. Oulevey.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Procureur général du canton de Genève,

case postale 3565, 1211 Genève 3.

Objet
