Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a criminal complaint for defamation filed by a plaintiff against a defendant, which was dismissed by the Cantonal Court due to lack of grounds to pursue the case. The plaintiff subsequently appealed this decision and requested legal aid to cover the court fees. However, the appeal was deemed not adequately substantiated as the plaintiff failed to demonstrate how the previous decision violated the law. Consequently, the request for legal assistance was denied, and the plaintiff was held responsible for the court costs, which were adjusted to reflect her financial situation.

Arrêt du 27 janvier 2009

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Favre, Président.

Greffière: Mme Gehring.

Parties

X.________,

recourante,

contre
