Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case concerns a complaint filed by an individual against a contractor who constructed their villa, alleging various malpractices, including misappropriation of materials, bodily harm, and endangerment of residents' safety. The complaint led to a criminal investigation, but the local court upheld a decision of non-prosecution regarding the contractor's actions. The individual subsequently appealed to a higher court, arguing that the established facts warranted charges of fraud or, alternatively, misappropriation. However, the court found that the individual did not have standing to appeal this decision, as the alleged infractions did not fall under the specific rights provided by the applicable law. Thus, the appeal was declared inadmissible.

Arrêt du 18 juin 2008

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Greffier: M. Oulevey.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre

A.________,

Ministère public de l'État de Fribourg, Rue de Zaehringen 1, 1700 Fribourg,

intimés.

Objet

Ordonnance de non-lieu,

recours contre l'arrêt du Tribunal cantonal fribourgeois, Chambre pénale, du 9 mai 2008.

Faits:
