A legal case was initiated when an individual attempted to file a criminal complaint against another party for threats and physical acts. On August 16, 2007, the appellate court in the relevant canton ruled the complaint inadmissible. The individual subsequently appealed this decision to the Swiss Federal Tribunal. However, the appeal failed to meet the necessary legal requirements for a valid submission, lacking both conclusions and legal reasoning. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal declared the appeal manifestly inadmissible and ordered the individual to bear the judicial costs.

Sentenza del 12 ottobre 2007

Corte di diritto penale

Composizione

Giudice federale Schneider, Presidente,

cancelliera Ortolano.

Parti

A.________,

ricorrente,

contro

Ministero pubblico del Cantone Ticino,

Palazzo di giustizia, via Pretorio 16, 6901 Lugano.

Oggetto

Ritenuto in fatto e considerando in diritto:

Losanna, 12 ottobre 2007
