KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who has challenged a previous court ruling regarding a conviction for false accusation. The decision made by the Cantonal Court in Fribourg, which upheld the original conviction issued by the Sarine District Court, was contested by the appellant, claiming inaccuracies in the established facts. The individual sought to appeal the ruling, but ultimately failed to present sufficient grounds to demonstrate that the lower court's fact-finding was arbitrary or legally flawed, leading to the dismissal of her appeal.

Objet

9 Cst. (cf. ATF 137 I 58 consid. 4.1.2 p. 62; sur la notion d'arbitraire, v. ATF 137 I 1 consid. 2.4 p. 5).
