In this case, a individual filed a criminal appeal to the Federal Tribunal against a judgment from the Vaud Cantonal Court that had previously upheld a decision from the Lausanne Police Court. The lower court had convicted the individual of offenses related to insults, violence, and threats against authorities, imposing a monetary penalty with a suspended sentence and revoking a prior suspended sentence. The appeal to the Federal Tribunal was deemed insufficiently motivated, as the appellant failed to address or contest the legal grounds of the lower court’s decision, leading to the appeal being rejected as inadmissible. Additionally, given the lack of merit in the case, the request for legal aid was denied, and the appellant was ordered to pay the court costs.

Objet

106 al. 2 LTF ; ATF 138 I 274 consid. 1.6 p. 281).
