Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who was fined for violating specific provisions of the law regulating public establishments. The individual initially opposed the fine through a legal mandate but later withdrew that opposition. Subsequently, a request for revision of the original decision was submitted to a cantonal court, which ultimately rejected it, determining that the reasons presented did not qualify as new evidence for revising the mandate. The individual then appealed this decision to a higher tribunal, arguing against the rejection but failing to adequately demonstrate how the lower court's decision violated the law, leading to the appeal being declared inadmissible.

Arrêt du 14 juin 2011

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Juge unique.

Greffière: Mme Gehring.

Participants à la procédure

X.________,

recourant,

contre
