Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Swiss Federal Supreme Court declared the appellant's appeal inadmissible and ordered him to pay reduced court costs of CHF 500. The appellant had challenged a cantonal judge's refusal to defer a 60-day prison sentence and allow home detention or semi-detention instead. The Court found the appeal lacked sufficient legal reasoning, as the appellant merely claimed he was trustworthy and requested a "last chance," without alleging any violation of federal law or constitutional rights. The decision was based on Articles 42(1) and (2) and 108(1)(b) of the Federal Supreme Court Act (LTF), which require appellants to substantiate legal errors in their submissions.

Arrêt du 14 mai 2009

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Favre, Président.

Greffier: M. Oulevey.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre
