Complainant's Criminal Appeal Against Former Lawyer Dismissed for Lack of Standing and Insufficient Motivation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, a party initiated a legal complaint against their former lawyer, alleging offenses such as fraud, breach of trust, misrepresentation, misconduct, and negligence. The Cantonal Court of Vaud dismissed the complaint, determining that the matter was exclusively civil in nature. Subsequently, the party appealed to the Federal Tribunal seeking to annul the Cantonal Court's decision and to initiate an investigation into the alleged fraud. The appeal was found to be inadmissible due to the party's lack of standing as a victim in the criminal sense, and the motivation for the appeal was deemed insufficient. Therefore, the request for legal assistance was also denied, and the party was ordered to pay a modest court fee.

Arrêt du 27 octobre 2007
Cour de droit pénal
Composition
M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Parties
X.________,
recourante,
contre
