Inadmissibility of Appeal Due to Incomplete Submission and Insufficient Substantiation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, a complainant was required to submit a specific decision along with their appeal by a certain deadline, which they failed to do. The court indicated that due to this noncompliance, the appeal could not be accepted. Additionally, the complainant referenced a previous communication from a local court but did not adequately demonstrate any violation of Swiss law. As a result, the court determined that the requirements for justifying the appeal were not met, leading to the dismissal of the case without imposing any costs.

Gegenstand
Unbekannt,
Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:
2. Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:
1. Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2. Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3. Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer schriftlich mitgeteilt.
