Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a complaint filed by an individual against the Zurich Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the initiation of an investigation into members of authorities and officials. The Supreme Court examined the admissibility and substantiation of the complaint but ultimately found that the complainant did not have standing to file the appeal and that the arguments presented were insufficiently justified and inadmissible. Consequently, the court decided not to consider the appeal further, rejected the request for free legal aid, and imposed court costs on the complainant.

Urteil vom 24. Juli 2007

Strafrechtliche Abteilung

Besetzung

Bundesrichter Schneider, Präsident,

Gerichtsschreiber Monn.

Parteien

X.________,

Beschwerdeführer,

gegen

Oberstaatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Zürich, Postfach, 8090 Zürich.

Gegenstand

Eröffnung einer Untersuchung gegen Behördenmitglieder und Beamte,

Beschwerde in Strafsachen gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, vom 25. Mai 2007 (Geschäfts-Nr. NS070008/U).

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

4. Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Oberstaatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Zürich und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Lausanne, 24. Juli 2007
