In this case, an individual appealed against a decision made by the cantonal court, which had declared their appeal inadmissible. This earlier decision upheld a judgment from a police court that found the individual guilty of effectively reducing their assets to the detriment of creditors and failing to adhere to debt collection regulations. The individual contended that the cantonal court's ruling was flawed; however, they failed to adequately demonstrate how the decision violated the law, leading to the dismissal of their appeal as inadmissible.

Objet
