In this case, a mother filed a complaint against the members of a guardianship board, alleging negligence during a contentious divorce procedure involving her three minor daughters. On January 30, 2007, the criminal court of the Valais canton dismissed her complaint regarding the refusal to pursue her claims made on January 3, 2007, arguing that there was no indication of abuse of authority. The mother subsequently appealed to the Federal Tribunal, seeking annulment of the prior decision and compensation for moral damages. However, her appeal was deemed insufficiently motivated, failing to articulate how the previous decision violated legal rights. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal declared the appeal inadmissible and decided not to impose any court costs due to her precarious economic situation.

Arrêt du 21 avril 2007

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Greffier: M. Fink.

Parties

X.________,

recourante,

contre
