In this case, an individual challenged a decision by the Cantonal Court of Vaud, which had rejected their appeal and confirmed an order of non-acceptance of their complaint against another party, citing that it was filed late. The complainant subsequently appealed to the Swiss Federal Tribunal, asserting that the lower court had incorrectly calculated the deadline for filing the complaint. However, the Federal Tribunal found that the appellant did not adequately address the reasons provided by the Cantonal Court regarding the timeliness of their action and failed to meet the legal requirements for a sufficient appeal motivation. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal deemed the appeal inadmissible.

Objet

42 al. 2 LTF ; ATF 135 I 91 consid. 2.1 p. 93). 106 al. 2 LTF ; ATF 138 I 171 consid. 1.4 p. 176).

Mathys Gehring
