Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a criminal appeal against a decision made by the Cantonal Court, which declared their prior appeal inadmissible. The original decision, made by the Cantonal Penal Court, was based on a non-acceptance order issued in December 2013. In their appeal to the Federal Tribunal, the individual failed to adequately argue how the lower court's decision violated legal standards, leading to the conclusion that the appeal was inadmissible. Consequently, the court ruled that the appeal would not proceed and determined no judicial fees would be charged.

Objet

Mathys Gehring
