Legislator-Zusammenfassung

The case revolves around a criminal complaint filed by a public transportation company against an individual for document forgery and fraudulent acquisition of benefits. The cantonal court ruled in favor of the company's appeal, which resulted in the annulment of a prior decision that had suspended proceedings and classified the complaint. The court subsequently directed the public prosecutor to resume the investigation. The individual then appealed to the federal tribunal, claiming that the lower court's decision negatively impacted them. However, the federal tribunal determined that the appeal was inadmissible as the contested ruling did not conclude the criminal proceedings and lacked constituents that would allow for immediate review.
