In this case, a legal dispute arose when a petitioner appealed against a ruling by the cantonal court that deemed his criminal appeal regarding personal matters with his minor child inadmissible. The court found that the underlying issues were of a civil nature and therefore outside the jurisdiction of the criminal court. The petitioner subsequently filed a criminal appeal to the Federal Tribunal but failed to adequately demonstrate how the cantonal decision violated legal standards, leading to the appeal being dismissed as inadmissible.

contre
