The case involves an individual who appealed a decision from a court that partially upheld a prior ruling, which converted a fine related to a traffic offense into a prison sentence of nine days. The individual contested the conversion, asserting their inability to pay the fine and claiming they are not a criminal. They proposed to make monthly payments. However, the Federal Tribunal ruled the appeal as insufficiently motivated, particularly since the individual did not contest the lower court's findings about their financial situation or argue that the court's reasoning was in violation of the law. Consequently, the appeal was deemed inadmissible.

Arrêt du 11 juillet 2007

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Schneider, Président.

Greffier: M. Fink.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre
