Oggetto

Decreto d'accusa, opposizione tardiva,

ricorso contro la sentenza emanata l'8 febbraio 2021 dalla Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello

del Cantone Ticino (incarto n. 60.2020.366).

Considerando:

che, con decreto del 25 novembre 2020, il Presidente della Pretura penale ha dichiarato irricevibile l'opposizione inoltrata da A.________ contro il decreto d'accusa emanato nei suoi confronti dalla Sezione della circolazione per infrazione alle norme della circolazione stradale;

che, con giudizio dell'8 febbraio 2021, la Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino ha dichiarato irricevibile il reclamo presentato da A.________ contro il decreto del Presidente della Pretura penale;

che, avverso questa decisione, A.________ ha presentato ricorso al Tribunale federale;

che, con scritto del 22 marzo 2021, A.________ ha informato questo Tribunale di rinunciare al suo ricorso;

che tale comunicazione va considerata come un ritiro del ricorso;

che il presidente della Corte, o il giudice dell'istruzione, decide quale giudice unico circa lo stralcio dal ruolo delle cause ritirate ( art. 32 cpv. 1 e 2 LTF ) e, in tale ambito, statuisce sulle spese giudiziarie;

che, in caso di desistenza, il Tribunale federale può rinunciare in tutto o in parte a riscuotere le spese giudiziarie ( art. 66 cpv. 2 LTF );

che nella fattispecie si può rinunciare a prelevare spese processuali;

per questi motivi, la Presidente decreta:

1. La causa è stralciata dai ruoli a seguito del ritiro del ricorso.

2. Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

3. Comunicazione alle parti e alla Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
