Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an individual who filed a criminal complaint against a psychiatrist, alleging various issues related to the psychiatrist's psychiatric reports, which were disseminated in the press. The Cantonal Criminal Court upheld the decision of the investigating judge to refuse to initiate criminal proceedings, stating that the alleged offenses could only constitute defamation and that the complaint was filed too late. The individual then appealed to the Federal Tribunal and sought legal aid, but ultimately failed to adequately substantiate the appeal, which was deemed inadmissible due to insufficient motivation. As a result, the request for legal assistance was also rejected, and the individual was ordered to bear the judicial costs.

Arrêt du 7 mai 2010

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Favre, Président.

Greffier: M. Oulevey.

Participants à la procédure

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Ministère public de l'État de Fribourg, case postale, 1700 Fribourg,

intimé.

Objet

Favre Oulevey
