Victim Standing to Appeal Refusal of Fraud Prosecution
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an individual who filed a complaint against another party for fraud. The cantonal court confirmed the decision of the investigating judge to refuse to open criminal proceedings concerning this matter. The complainant subsequently appealed to the Federal Tribunal, seeking a reversal of the lower court's ruling in order to initiate an investigation. However, the Federal Tribunal ultimately found that the complainant did not have the standing to contest the refusal since the alleged offense did not directly affect her personal rights, rendering her appeal inadmissible.

Objet
Refus d'ouvrir l'action pénale (escroquerie),
Faits:
A. X.________ a porté plainte contre A.________ pour escroquerie ( art. 146 CP ).
