Inadmissible Appeal Against Refusal to Pursue Private Criminal Complaints Due to Unsubstantiated Procedural Defect Allegation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a complainant who appealed against a decision made by the Cantonal Court of Vaud, which upheld a ruling by the investigating judge to not pursue complaints filed on two separate occasions. The complainant asserted procedural violations in the processing of their complaints, but failed to specify any particular rule of procedure that had been violated. Consequently, the appeal was deemed inadmissible by the Federal Tribunal due to the lack of detailed justification regarding the alleged procedural errors.

KI-generiertCited in the reasons for the dispositive ruling declaring the appeal inadmissible.
The appeal was declared inadmissible because the appellant failed to specify which cantonal procedural rule was violated.
Although not explicitly cited in the final dispositive, costs rules often fall under the dispositional section in practice. However, based strictly on the text: Point 2 states 'Il n'est pas prélevé de frais de justice' (No judicial costs are levied). Since the instruction mandates inclusion for cost/legal aid provisions cited in the dispositive, and no specific cost article is cited alongside the ruling on costs, we rely only on explicitly cited provisions. Since no procedural or substantive article citation is present in the cost ruling, we exclude cost provisions unless explicitly cited.

Objet
