Legislator-Zusammenfassung

In this case, an individual submitted a request to the Swiss Federal Tribunal contesting a prior decision made by the Cantonal Court related to a penal matter. The individual sought a review of the February decision, arguing that their request had been sufficiently significant to warrant further clarification of their rights. However, the Federal Tribunal found that the appeal was fundamentally lacking sufficient motivation as it did not specify how the decision violated the law and failed to include the contested decision itself. Consequently, the tribunal ruled the appeal as inadmissible due to its insufficient grounds.

Sentenza del 14 aprile 2011

Corte di diritto penale

Composizione

Giudice federale Favre, Presidente,

Cancelliera Ortolano Ribordy.

Partecipanti al procedimento

A.________,

ricorrente,

contro

Ritenuto in fatto e considerando in diritto:

Losanna, 14 aprile 2011
