The case involves an individual who filed a complaint against a company and its personnel for violation of domicile. The investigating judge refused to initiate criminal proceedings, and this decision was subsequently upheld by the Cantonal Court of Fribourg. The complainant then appealed to the Federal Tribunal, seeking either the opening of criminal proceedings or the annulment of the previous decision. However, the appeal was deemed manifestly inadmissible, as the complainant raised only substantive grievances concerning the application of private law and the factual circumstances of the alleged crime, rather than any formal legal rights.

Arrêt du 2 avril 2009

Objet
