Inadmissible Appeal Against Decision Not Issuing from Final Cantonal Instance
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an appeal by an individual challenging a decision made by the public prosecutor's office of a Swiss canton regarding the non-initiation of legal proceedings. The individual filed what they termed as an "objection" against the prosecutor's decision dated February 14, 2013. However, it was determined that the appeal could not be entertained by the Federal Tribunal because the decision in question was not final, and the appropriate course of action would have been to appeal to the higher court of the canton instead. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal ruled that it would not accept the appeal.

Beschwerdegegner.
Gegenstand
Nichtanhandnahme,
