In this case, an individual filed a complaint alleging extortion, blackmail, and fraud against a company, which was subsequently classified as inadmissible by the Chamber of Charges in Geneva on December 10, 2008. The individual then appealed this decision to the Federal Tribunal, seeking its annulment and a remand to the cantonal court for further consideration. However, the Tribunal found that the appellant lacked standing to contest the classification of the complaint, as it related to economic offenses rather than direct personal harm, rendering the appeal manifestly inadmissible. As a result, the appellant was also ordered to bear the court costs.

Arrêt du 29 janvier 2009

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Favre, Président.

Greffier: M. Oulevey.

Parties

X.________,

recourante,

contre
