Federal Supreme Court Dismisses Appeal Due to Appellant's Lack of Standing and Contradictory Claims
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, the applicant contested the refusal of the Cantonal Court of Zug to hear a complaint regarding the termination of proceedings by the Public Prosecutor's Office. The Court dismissed the appeal on the grounds that the applicant lacked standing to challenge the decision, as he did not file a complaint against the termination in the first place. The applicant claimed he had not complained and maintained that he had a legitimate interest to have the Court hear his case. However, the court found that his lack of an initial complaint did not establish a legal entitlement to appeal. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal decided not to consider the appeal.

Urteil vom 21. März 2016
Strafrechtliche Abteilung
Besetzung
Bundesrichter Denys, Präsident,
Gerichtsschreiber C. Monn.
Verfahrensbeteiligte
X.________,
Beschwerdeführer,
gegen
Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Zug, Leitender Oberstaatsanwalt, An der Aa 4, 6300 Zug,
Beschwerdegegnerin.
Gegenstand
Einstellung,
Beschwerde gegen die Präsidialverfügung des Obergerichts des Kantons Zug, I. Beschwerdeabteilung, vom 18. Januar 2016.
Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:
