Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a legal challenge brought by an individual against two unspecified decisions from a lower court. The individual filed a request for the Swiss Federal Tribunal's review, but the submission failed to meet the required legal standards for motivation and documentation. Specifically, the individual did not provide the necessary rationale explaining how the challenged decisions violated the law, nor did they submit copies of the decisions in question. After being notified of these deficiencies and given a chance to withdraw the appeal, the individual did not respond, leading the tribunal to declare the appeal inadmissible.

Arrêt du 29 mars 2011

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Favre, Président.

Greffière: Mme Gehring.

Participants à la procédure

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Favre Gehring
