Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

A person was convicted for a violation of federal law concerning foreigners and sentenced to 90 days of imprisonment by a local police judge. The individual appealed this judgment, but the appeal was deemed inadmissible by the Cantonal Court due to insufficient motivation. The individual then filed a further appeal to the Federal Tribunal, which required all appeals to be well-founded and clearly articulated. However, the individual failed to meet the legal requirements for motivation in their appeal, merely expressing general discontent with the conviction without specifically challenging the reasoning behind the Cantonal Court's decision. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal found the appeal to be inadmissible.

Arrêt du 31 mars 2011

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Favre, Président.

Greffière: Mme Gehring.

Participants à la procédure

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Ministère public de l'Etat de Fribourg, case postale, 1700 Fribourg.

Objet

95 let. a LTF ).

Favre Gehring
