A party filed a legal appeal with the Swiss Federal Tribunal against a decision made by the Chamber of Accusation of the Canton of Geneva. The Tribunal noted that the appellant failed to attach the required copy of the contested decision to their appeal, which is a necessary procedural requirement. Despite being notified of this omission and given an opportunity to correct it, the appellant did not respond, leading the Tribunal to declare the appeal as inadmissible.
