Appeal on Fraud Charges Inadmissible for Lack of Final Cantonal Instance Ruling
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertAppeal on Fraud Charges Inadmissible for Lack of Final Cantonal Instance Ruling The appellant filed a formal appeal with the Federal Supreme Court against a District Court judgment from March 9, 2023, concerning fraud and other charges, submitting the appeal on March 4, 2024. The Federal Supreme Court determined that the appeal was inadmissible because the decision of the District Court was not a final cantonal instance ruling as required by Art. 80 para. 1 of the Federal Supreme Court Act (BGG). Consequently, the President decided not to address the merits of the submission under the simplified procedure of Art. 108 BGG, to abstain from imposing costs, and to forward the appeal (which was also not personally signed) to the Higher Court of the Canton of Zurich for proper processing.

Urteil vom 4. März 2024
I. strafrechtliche Abteilung
Besetzung
Bundesrichterin Jacquemoud-Rossari, Präsidentin,
Gerichtsschreiberin Arquint Hill.
Verfahrensbeteiligte
A.________,
Beschwerdeführerin,
*gegen*
Oberstaatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Zürich, Güterstrasse 33, Postfach, 8010 Zürich,
Beschwerdegegnerin.
Gegenstand
Betrug etc.; Nichteintreten,
Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des Bezirksgerichts Dielsdorf, II. Abteilung, vom 9. März 2023
(DG220009-D/U1/B-5/ss).
Die Präsidentin zieht in Erwägung:
1.
