A complaint was lodged by an individual against a decision made by the local judicial authority, which was found to be inadmissible due to a lack of motivation. This ruling was confirmed by the cantonal court, leading the individual to appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal. However, the Federal Tribunal found that the appeal failed to adequately address the grounds for its admissibility, resulting in the dismissal of the appeal for being formally insufficient. The costs of the proceedings were imposed on the appellant.

Parties

contre

Objet
