KI-generiert

The case involves a party challenging a decision made by the Cantonal Court regarding the inadmissibility of their appeal due to failure to meet a deadline for securing necessary guarantees. The party's timely notification of the deadline was served via registered mail, but the appeal was dismissed because it was not filed within the stipulated timeframe. The party subsequently requested a reinstatement of the deadline, which was denied by the Cantonal Court. The party then appealed to the Federal Tribunal, claiming that they were unable to sign for the registered letter. However, they failed to adequately substantiate their claims or address the arguments made by the Cantonal Court, leading the Federal Tribunal to deem their appeal inadmissible.
