Appeal Inadmissible Due to Missed Procedural Deadline
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case concerns a complaint filed by an individual against a decision made by the administrative court regarding matters of criminal enforcement. The lower court did not accept the individual's appeal due to the missed deadline for submitting an improved application by three days. Consequently, the federal court was limited to addressing only the issue of the missed deadline, as the individual's substantive arguments did not pertain to this procedural aspect and could not be considered in the federal review process. The court ultimately dismissed the complaint and ordered the individual to bear the court costs.

Bundesrichter Favre, Präsident,
Gerichtsschreiber C. Monn.
Verfahrensbeteiligte
X.________,
Beschwerdeführer,
gegen
Amt für Justizvollzug des Kantons Schwyz, Einsiedlerstrasse 55, 8836 Bennau,
Beschwerdegegner.
Gegenstand
Strafvollzug,
