Considérant en fait et en droit :

Par lettre du 31 janvier 2024, A.________ déclare renoncer au recours interjeté par acte parvenu au Tribunal fédéral le 27 novembre 2023 contre l'arrêt cité sous rubrique et abandonner la procédure. Il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (cf.

art. 32 al. 2 LTF ), sans frais (cf. art. 66 al. 2 LTF ).

En tant que le recourant sollicite un arrangement concernant l'ensemble des frais, cette requête est sans objet pour la procédure fédérale et il convient de transmettre son écriture et les pièces qui l'accompagnent à la cour cantonale en tant qu'éventuel objet de sa compétence au regard de l'

art. 425 CPP .

Par ces motifs, le Juge présidant ordonne :

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_1314/2023 est rayée du rôle.

2.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
