The case involves a criminal complaint filed by an individual against another party for perjury. The Chamber of Accusation in Geneva ruled the complaint inadmissible, and subsequently rejected an appeal made by the complainant against this classification on November 4, 2009. The complainant then brought the matter to the Swiss Federal Tribunal, disputing the earlier ruling related to the admissibility of their appeal. The Federal Tribunal found the appeal to lack sufficient justification and declared it inadmissible.

Arrêt du 18 janvier 2010

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Favre, Président.

Greffier: M. Oulevey.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Procureur général du canton de Genève, 1211 Genève 3,

intimé.

Objet

Faits:
