The case involves a legal proceeding in which an individual was convicted by a local court for property damage and insult, resulting in a sentence of 120 days of fines, which were conditionally suspended. The accused subsequently filed an appeal, which was deemed inadmissible by the cantonal court due to the late submission of the appeal. The individual then escalated the matter to the Federal Tribunal, seeking to annul the lower court's decision and requesting exemption from legal fees on the grounds of judicial assistance. However, the Federal Tribunal found the appeal to be inadmissible and also rejected the request for judicial assistance.

Arrêt du 22 décembre 2009

Cour de droit pénal

Composition

M. le Juge Favre, Président.

Greffier: M. Oulevey.

Parties

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Ministère public du canton de Vaud, 1014 Lausanne,

intimé.

Objet

Favre Oulevey
