Considérant :

Par acte du 26 octobre 2015, le recourant a déclaré retirer le recours qu'il a interjeté au Tribunal fédéral contre le jugement rendu le 22 mai 2015 par la Cour d'appel pénale du Tribunal cantonal vaudois dans la procédure PE14.001208. Il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle ( art. 32 al. 2 LTF ), sans frais.

Par ces motifs, le Président ordonne :

1. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_1060/2015 est rayée du rôle.

2. Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.

3. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour d'appel pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
