In this case, an individual, referred to as X.________, sought to appeal a decision made by the Criminal Chamber of the Fribourg Cantonal Court on August 21, 2018, which upheld a prior decision from May 26, 2017, by the Fribourg Public Prosecutor's Office to not pursue charges of breach of trust, disloyal management, and theft. X.________ filed the appeal with the Swiss Federal Tribunal on October 5, 2018. However, the notification process of the May 2017 ruling was still incomplete by August 2018, as the decision had not yet been diplomatically dispatched to X.________’s location in Morocco. Despite further communication attempts by the Swiss Federal Tribunal to establish a notification address in Switzerland, X.________ did not respond or provide such an address, rendering the appeal premature.

Objet
