Revision of Dismissal of Appeal in Debt Collection Matter
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, an individual sought to challenge a decision of the Swiss Federal Tribunal regarding a debt collection matter. The individual had previously appealed against a court's rejection of their opposition to a payment order issued for the collection of a specific amount. The Federal Tribunal had deemed the individual's constitutional appeal inadmissible due to a lack of proper justification regarding the alleged violation of constitutional rights. Subsequently, the individual submitted a request for a revision of that decision, arguing that the Tribunal failed to address certain conclusions and overlooked relevant facts. However, the request for revision was found to be insufficiently substantiated, lacking clarity on the specific conclusions unaddressed and failing to adequately detail the asserted violations of rights, leading to the rejection of the request for revision.

Oggetto
domanda di revisione della sentenza del Tribunale federale svizzero 5D_119/2009 del 29 settembre 2009,
Considerando:
che il 6 agosto 2009 la Camera di esecuzione e fallimenti del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino ha dichiarato inammissibile un appello presentato da A.________ contro la decisione pretorile di rigetto definitivo dell'opposizione interposta da quest'ultima a un precetto esecutivo fatto notificare dalla B.________ per l'incasso di fr. 10'333.--;
che con sentenza del 29 settembre 2009 la Presidente della II Corte di diritto civile del Tribunale federale ha dichiarato inammissibile, nella procedura semplificata dell' art. 108 LTF , un'impugnativa presentata da A.________ e trattata, in ragione del valore di litigioso, quale ricorso sussidiario in materia costituzionale;
che in tale sentenza è stata rilevata l'assenza nel gravame di una motivazione conforme agli art. 106 cpv. 2 LTF e 117 LTF, la ricorrente avendo segnatamente omesso d'invocare la violazione di diritti costituzionali;
che con istanza non datata, ma consegnata alla posta svizzera il 19 ottobre 2009, A.________ chiede la revisione della predetta sentenza, perché il Tribunale federale non avrebbe giudicato su singole conclusioni (art. 121 lett. c LTF) e non avrebbe, per svista, tenuto conto di fatti rilevanti risultanti dagli atti (art. 121 lett. d LTF);
che in concreto l'istanza si appalesa insufficientemente motivata;
che infatti l'istante non indica su quale conclusione il Tribunale federale non avrebbe statuito e che, con riferimento al secondo motivo di revisione invocato, ella riconosce di non aver specificato "uno per uno" i diritti costituzionali asseritamente violati dal giudizio cantonale;
