The case involves an individual, A, appealing a decision from the President of the Civil Court of the Canton of Jura, which had declared his previous appeal inadmissible due to insufficient motivation, thus confirming the eviction decision against him regarding a property in U. On April 6, 2020, the court had ordered his eviction, allowing him until June 2, 2020, to vacate the property. A pursued a constitutional complaint to the Swiss Federal Tribunal, seeking to have the case sent back to the prior authority and requesting that the hearing of his daughter be considered as evidence of the intention to establish a lease contract with the opposing party, B SA. A contended that the lower court had acted arbitrarily and denied his right to be heard. However, the complaint was dismissed as inadmissible for not meeting the minimum motivation requirements under Swiss law.

Objet
